In the list of apps, right-click the one that's not working, select Uninstall, and select Uninstall again to confirm. Uninstall and reinstall the app: Select the Start button. If the app still isn't working, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that fixes it. ( Note: Some apps don't have this option.) If repairing the app doesn't fix the problem, select Reset. On the page that opens with information about the app, select Repair.
